V-carve w/ Rhino & VMP?

I have Rhino and Visual Mill Pro. Can anyone tell me how to use these two programs to v-carve TrueType letters? Or point me to a thread if this has been discussed before? (Couldn't find anything...)

I have vm basic it is all you need to v carve.Select your text, in 1/2 axis milling select engraving ,to condition, V-cutting inside or outside.
