Yaskawa DriveSetting for PRSSTANDARD

I am programming my yaskawa and I cannot set the value "100" for the parameter "N024" concerning the Preset Frequency, as shown in the yaskawa drive settings manual. the result is always "18" maximum. please I need some help ..Thanks

I believe the 18 is 18,000 rpm
It is now preset from Shopbot for RPM's-
Not frequency
