E-stop installation on a new PRS Standard

The manal indicates that the e-stop comes fitted with a terminal block. It did not! We have a black and green wire with no ends. The board has no markings for an e-stop. There is no markings of ES1-4. The shopbot control board #PRT V4.17 PN001740. We would appreciate any suggestions.

in the manual under assembly step 8.3 PRS standard connect black wire to terminal imput #4 (blue block with small screws also pictured in step 8.4) green wire to ground on that same terminal block
