X-car, three wheels perfect, one outside by 1/32

Rolling the x-car by hand, three wheels are in the rails perfectly, and one of them is off by about the same amount (1/32) for the length of the machine (10ft). Rails are level, straight, table is square.

I'm about to decide that it's that wheel and not the rails.

Am I missing something?

Are your wheels the newer ones with a concentric center? (a cam) you should be able to turn it to adjust the height. But if brady says call I would call.

Shopbot said shim that wheel. Luckily it was outside the rail not inside. They said there were spacers included. Not sure if I used the right ones (didn't see anything that looked like a washer), but 2 .0075 spacers got it in line.
