Prt alpha gone crazy

I ran a file that driller 13 holes .no big deal right? it drilled the first hole once the 2nd twice the 3rd three times and so on. Next it was to do a area clear on 13 circles 2"dia and it did each one 4 times. it did 2 dados ok and then on the last 2 parts it cut one outside the line and the other one inside. Does anyone else have gremlins in their shop Work done in partwizzard 2 THANKS GENE


Also i upset a customer today I need Advise.
I was measuring for a window seat and when i asked how wide it should be , she replied wide enough for her to sit confortly so i measured across her backside and said this will take 2 sheets . I have the price and now she wont answer my calls,,, What do i do?

I think you have duplicated vectors for each hole...

1st hole has only one vector
2nd hole has two vectors
3rd hole has 3vectors and so on

Remove the duplicate vectors by just clicking on them and press delete button..

as to your customer problem, you could explain that you may need two sheets but they only come in 6"X6" sheets...
or you could vcarve this into the underside:
"WIDE LOAD". Either solution works for me...

I agree on the other issue, sounds like duplicate vectors got involved some how when copying them in the layout.
