Settings>Pocket Settings>Clean up Amount. How does this field work? I've always just used '0' for the value.

I have quite a few 3" circular cutouts I need to make, and am trying to figure out the best way to do these. If I through cut them, in one pass, the actual size of the cutouts differ from the entered size.
If I set the maximum bit depth, for the tool that will cut these, to a depth less than the material depth, is it then that it will come back in the opposite direction for the final pass? Outline cuts I'm good on, I just haven't played around with the pocket/dado settings very much. Thanks.

Nat...
If pocket settings/cleanup amount is set to >0 then the area will be pocketed and your set amount will be cut last around the perimeter. Very similar to a "profile allowance" in VCPro.
Try an amount of .010 to .020 and see if your pockets cut closer to design size.
