I need a source for 1/16th" endmills for some music box projects i'm looking to do

6464
6465
and my favorite source for bits, Centurion Tools doesn't make a 1/16th bit.

I have the book ordered for the patterns but heres a question I haven't quite figured out. If I adjust the size to make a bigger music box and then can use say a 1/8th" endmill just making it bigger doesn't make my slot sizes and intersections correct. So what is the way to resize a project and correctly proportion your slots? (I hope i asked this in a way you understand what i mean)

http://www.ballewsawandtool.com/shop/aluminum/onsrud-65-000-se-solid-carbide-upcut-spiral-o-flute.html

Acording to the catalog, it would cut wood, mdf, plastic and AL.

perhaps a little expensive.

Freud sells a 1/16" double flute straight router bit with a 1/4" shank. Their part number is 04-096.

I buy them online at Timberline Tools for $10.15 each.

I use 1/16, 1/32" ball nose and regular end mills from Garr tooling (that's a metalworking bit). In the smaller sizes they work great in all materials.
