Has any one else had problems with oversize parts? Where I really notice it is when building 36" lower lazy susans. They will cut oversize by a 1/4" or so. I have a similiar problem on my backs but I find if I edgeband the top and bottom of the sides( I don't add banding in the design)they come almost right. My 5/8 material is .635 but I change it when saving.
When I cut my countertops or anything else drawn in aspire they cut perfectly.??

Lorin...
Send me a copy of the cabinet (hsf) file and the sizes that you designed it to be.

I checked and it cut to the size it showed on my nest sheet. I had accidently left edge banding off deck when I saved to library. Also my edge banding thickness was 1/16 on the sides rather tham .5mm(I think)
Thanks for the offer- it made me do some extra digging.

Lorin...
I have sent a bunch of "poor cutting" files into Thermwood. In each of these cases, they have been kind enough to point out my mistakes. I was simply offering to "pay it forward". Glad you got it figured out.
