New PC router giving me issues

I replaced my Porter Cable 3-1/4 hp last month, something I do every year or so, and the new one I bought gave up the ghost in 2 weeks. So I exchanged it, and the replacement pooped out on me yesterday. I haven't been running it hard or really much for the last month, I don't understand what's going on. I wonder of PC has made any changes in their manufacturing, or are using different suppliers for parts these days?

Anybody else had any issues with a new Porter Cable router?

PC is made by black and decker now, so that may be one issue.
I changed over to the Millwalkee router it is a lot quieter and the speed control is more consistent.
My old Porter cable I rebuilt and mounted in a router table rebuilding the router is a easy task.
