Can someone tell me how to add a round over bit to the Tool Profile group (PW). I'm trying to add a 1/4" round over, but there is no choice for any decorative type bits that I would use ont the outside edge of a sign panel.
No can do in PW.
You cannot add that type of shape tool in the PW tool database, hence cannot calculate or preview such toolpath from a such tool bit. If you want to use shaped tool bit in PW you need to take measurements and trick the software; generally with machining along vector strategy.
Does that make sense?

John,
You need VcarvePro to add custom tool shapes.

Just to add a little clarity...If you want to use a 1/4" round-over bit, just create a new tool by copying a 1/4" end mill in the Tool Database. Then just remember that you'll only want to go .125" deep when you go to toolpath it. This is how you do it in PW etc.
If you want to have the radiused bit show up in preview, you'll need software capable of doing this. ArtCAM Insigina, Pro and VCarve Pro all give you these options.
