Looking for a 1/16" endmill with cutting head longer than .25" I need to cut .25 acrylic and get into the nooks and crannies of the cutout. Any suggestions?

Justin,
You will not cut .25" acrylic with a 1/16" endmill, the best chance it to cut it first with a larger cutter and then try the 1/16" to clean up the corners.

I just bought a few 1/16" endmills from amazon but could not find any, anywhere, longer than 1/4" cutting length.

Justin, do the inside corners need to be sharp, or just appear sharp? One thing I've done that works ok for certain applications, is to use an 1/8" 0-flute to cut the design, then come back with a pointy v-groove bit and "square" the corners with it. It gives the illusion of square inside corners.

Justin, don't say that until you make the cut every time I do I eat my words. Good luck.
