Dimensions on Tapered bit that comes with Starter Bit kit

I have an Onsrud cutter with number PCL40964 on it. It came with the started bit set I got, however I'm trying to find specifics on it so I can order it again and create the tool in my libraby. I can't find that number anywhere...was the product number changed? I'm trying to get the dimensons of the cutter, including taper angle, CEL, raduis, etc. I know I can measure most of it, but I'd like exact measurements. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

That's a special order bit through Shopbot, I believe. They should be able to sell it to you.
