Yesterday we cut MDF panels for a large entertainment center. To describe our problem, think of the x axis as height and the y axis as depth. All of the height measurments were as we programed but all of the depth measurements were about 3/64" larger. This variation was consistant throughout 6 sheets of material. I don't use this machine very much for panels, but I have seen this before. Is there a unit value that would affect only the depth accuracy? We have a 5 x 8 PRT-alpha with the 7.2 upgrade.
