The 3 places i called, pricecutters, woodline, ect don't carry 1/8" ball nose bits. Does anyone have a specific source for those? Is that something i could find in the "dremel" section of tools? It also would require a different collet? or adapter? If the diameter of the head is the same on a ball nose bit as it is on a round nose bit could i use either one?

I just ordered some from Onsrud. They have an online store at Onsrud.com.

They are not cheap.

Try www.MSCdirect.com (http://www.MSCdirect.com) They have pretty much everything. Prices are good too.

For the small bits you might want to try the conical tapered bits if the taper is not a problem for you. They are much stronger.
