Space under a 4x8 standard table?

I have been working on my shop so it is ready for my new Shopbot. How much space is under the table of a 4x8 standard table height wise? I would like to make use of that area for a couple cabinets that I have or is putting something under it a bad idea?

Hi Mike: I have always used the space under my PRT96 as storage for 4x8 sheet goods. Has worked well for me...put a center support underneath, and use the lower cross members at the ends.

Make sure you leave room for your vacuum system. You may not have one now, but after screwing and clamping for a while, you'll get one.
