I cut some melamine last week and several of the longer (7') pieces ended up with a slight bow to the edges. From what I can tell it's from tension in the sheets. As far as I know my machine is cutting straight.
Is there any way to work around this while cutting nested sheets? I can't imagine there is, but thought I would put it out there anyways.
When I used to cut melamine on the saw I'd generally start by ripping the sheets in half when possible, to release some of this stress from the start.
