Glen, Tom, Phil, Ed, Paul, Dennis and the rest of all the shopbotters that helped me in my time of need I thank you and your families.
It was god will that took my wife and daughter from me and I know that I will soon be with them in time.

Ron - I only spoke with you once, when I first purchased my 'Bot, a long, lengthy chat, and it helped me with my machine. I thank you for taking the time with me. I wish this message could have come under better circumstances. Please accept my condolences. God's will is hard to understand at times, but we must press forward. You are in our prayers.

Ron,

Many of us are like Lou and owe you a debt of gratitude for the unlimited time you spent helping us out. There wasn't anything off limits when it came to getting up and going once you were on the phone.

I had my unit for a few months, setting idle in the corner, because there wasn't software which came with it, which made it too much trouble to fool with. Once I found you, the Bot was running in 15 minutes.

I'm greatful for the help. There are lots of folks out here who wish you well.

Joe
