I have successfully been able to make money on my machine and in a very timely manner. I would like to say I am very pleased with my new ShopBot. I am very impressed with the quality of my machine and the support Shopbot has provided thus far and also the support from many of you guys on here thank you to all of you. This process has been simpler than I had expected and though I don’t consider myself an expert or even real proficient yet because I seem to make mistakes and learn something every day.

I have a standard indexer that I have not tried to use yet and figuring it out will be next. I did not want to try and use the indexer until I had a little time to try and make some simpler parts. I may be interested in just paying someone to draw my simple indexer parts.

I also plan on a vac system soon but one thing at a time.

I put my computer in a recycled cabinet I got from work. I put casters under it and I can put the monitor and all in the cabinet and roll it all under the machine when not in use. You can see my ceiling is 8’ and I was able to cut 6” off the lexan cable support and now it all fits fine under my ceiling. I also added an air line but have not used it yet. I wired a plug box to the machine with a indicator light and a switch. When the plug is hot controlled by the switch the indicator light is on.

Mike,

Randy and I are glad you have been successful in getting your new machine up and running.

It looks like your visit to our shop was productive. We noticed that you had also made a mobile computer cart and installed the lighted power switch.

We would like to see the new machine in operation. Give us a call or email us.

Dave and Randy
