Preview Mode

Is the run time estimate in preview mode some what accurate, to actual machining....

Somewhere there was a message, I think from Ted, about this.
Mine seems to be within 10%-15% of the actual cutting times.
I think, if I remember rightly, the ramping in the simulations is a sort of average.
Maybe someone else has a more technical answer.

I found the "machine time" to be pretty accurate.
But, allow for part and tooling changes that are not included in the display.
