I may have put the cart before the horse but I hope everything will work out. I found a NOS Gast Blower model R4310A for $50 that I will be picking up this weekend. I have a 96 inch bot. What type of system in terms of zones etc is this blower going to be able to handle? Will I need to augment the blower with another blower or will it handle a 48 by 96 table by itself?

Specs on the blower, or better yet the manufacturer's product page?
I found the specs, I think the 48" max vacuum is a problem. Better off to find a different blower.
Here's the link to your model.

Yep...a good shopvac like a Fein will pull about 100" of water or 7.x"Hg.
FYI - To compare apples to apples:
Multiply by 13.6 to go from inches of mercury to inches of water (H2O")
Divide by 13.6 to go from inches of water to inches of mercury (Hg")
