I'm planning on doing some inlay work on solid surface materials (Corian, etc.) and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions regarding feed rates, etc. I'll be using bits ranging from 1/16" double fluted carbide to 1/2" spiral. Any suggestions or experience?

Tom,
As is the case with any material, your machine dictates whe speeds. I regularly cut Lithophanes with a 1/16 bit at 100 in/m. What I don't do is go deeper than .0626. Do you have a spindle? I worked for a company that used 3/8" bits at 400 in/min all the time, but they had a 16 hp spindles. If I were you I would make test passes with the bits at varing speeds.
