MDF Cabinet Door

How do I get the corners square on this MDF cabinet door.
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance

you may have to use a 1/8" bit set to run at the depth ot the top of the inside frame profile, with an atc this is common, it looks like you are running all three profiles with the same bit?

You can also V-Carve in Partworks or Aspire with a V-bit and a flat area clearance tool. You will probably have to limit the depth to 1/2 the thickness of your material.
