Yesterday we were cutting all day with it, then I went to do my last file and it kept saying limit switch activated, there was no way the limit switches we hit, the bit itself was in the middle of the table. I shut everything down for the night and came in this morning, it was still saying limit switch activated, I walked around and made sure all the wires looked ok, I fixed a few. Then I went to cut my file and it now says "Parameter value below range for VS setting to lower limit (.05)!" What does this mean? I've never seen anything like it before.
Thanks in advance for your help

Nikki,
The machine will sometimes stop & cause a limit switch trigger if static electricity found it's way to the limit switch wires (and sometimes Zzero plate wires). The long wires act like antennae, causing a voltage spike & the triggering of the limit switches. A long bare copper wire thru your dust collector hose will resolve most of this.
When you get a 'VS setting' error, it is because there is a part file or otherwise that has a speed setting lower than the lowest speed possible in SB3. The lowest move speed is .05 IPS. Sometimes if you had restarted the control software after a crash (or other event) the software will come up and give you that message. Just enter in new speeds for your Move and Jogs right on the front screen of the SB3 interface to get them in a range you're comfortable working in.

Hmmm.. I'd suggest the a filter instead to solve this.

If you use non powered limit switch, just use the capacitor and forget about the resistor.
I fuss for a moment with the ground cable then Ted suggest to try the filter. Work perfectly.

Thanks Paco, I'll have to have someone else who knows the technical part of the machine look at that picture, but for now we have the machine running. I don't know much about the wiring and stuff, I just run the machine. LoL
Thanks again for your guys help
