Newbie here again! How does shopbot work on plexiglass? I have a possible project involving the windshield of a motorcycle-a very expensive windsheild. Was thinking about sandblasting it, but, I think that the shopbot would be safer and easier. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Plexiglass (acrylic sheet) cuts like butter! I make signs for side lighting with the stuff fairly often. What I do is reverse the lettering and vcarve from the back. It looks great from the front, and lights up like a neon sign.
I presume the windshield is curved already, that will create your biggest issue.. If it is still flat you should have no problem at all.
