Flexible Flyer

One of my high school woodworking students asked if I had plans for a snow sled. Something along the lines of a flexible flyer. This could be a fun Shopbot project. I'm looking for help finding plans. Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

I saw a toboggan based on mohogany door skins (1/8" bendy ply). The only thing worth cutting on the bot was the curly pieces on the sides which provide the place to glue up the door skins. Could still be fun though. There wasn't much cleverness in the plans other than using door skin, a removable "runners" so they can be replaced, and construction adhesive to connect the 2 layers of skins together. I'd consider subsituting 5200 marine adhesive for it (anyone else notice walmat now carries this in 3oz tubes?)
