To every one looking to purchase a ShopBot. We have been working with ShopBot to fix some technical difficulties with our machine. ShopBot has worked very hard to help us solve these difficulties.( even when the customer is somewhat cranky) I would like to put a plug in for the ShopBot support staff as a positive when you are evaluating your purchase. This is all a reflection of the leadership of the man at the top, Ted. So, as much as you consider the tool, consider the people supporting the tool.

I will second this. I have sent in questions on Saturday evening, expecting a reply sometime Monday. I always get the answer on Sunday.
