Bill Chop saw questions.

Well it turns out today, I have a different need for the Chopsaw and it is perfect ( I think) I have to cut 7 sheets(4x8) of .090 Al, and some of the parts are 48 in wide, so cutting rectangles was daunting. This seems like the ideal solution. I have to have exactly sized parts, so I'm curious, if I need exactly 24 x 48, and want to cut through in one pass. I select Neg .090 ,above table, right of line and provided the bit is exactly .25. I will get a correctly sized part, correct?????

Erminio showed me Bill's ap last week - just in time, as had been planning on writing my own version before I found out about it.

Bill - Is there a way to have your ap add custom code before/after the cut? Kind of like a simple post processor? It would simplify things for those who have a tool changer, bot controlled dust collection, or other code that we run before/after every file.
