Our latest V-carvings

The local Harley Davidson dealer is remodeling one of their stores and we got the carving job. The cabinet shop will do the finish work. A total of 12 glue-ups, some with the eagle and shield, others with just the shield. Fun work and the machine performed flawlessly.

Cool. I have never cut that logo and I never lie.

Randall, Did you draw the logo or was it supplied for you?
What type of plywood? What bit did you use? How deep is the eagle cut?
How large is the text? what feed and speed did you use? I have engraved in plywood but never looked that good.

These are hardwood glue-ups provided by the cabinet maker. The design was cut with a CMT 60 degree bit. I believe the feedrate was 2ips.
