Theory 1) You FORGOT a "m" in the remember word?! You forgot to check out the toolpath BEFORE...?

Theory 2) You dropped coffee and tried to wash it but it didn't worked. Don't drink anything above projects... or keyboards.

Theory 3) You stopped the machine before it was done cutting the "m". Toolpaths do not always cut line by line.

Theory 4) You did hear the "m" when you layed out the lettering but when it came to the toolpath line one came into play.

Theory 5) You did see the "m" but for some reason line two did not come into play.

Theory 6) Line three is not true.

Sorry, bad toad.....bad....bad toad

I actually found the "M"...it had fallen off the sign and was under the shopbot on the floor.
I redid it and it went ok this time.
No, i did not do a preview...mistake 1
The M was in the dxf, somewhere along the way in translation to code it must have got lost. More than likely human error.
Boy this was the WRONG file to screw up considering the proverb. I feel like Kwi Chang Caine and you guys are the "Master Po". Thanks for your input sometimes stating the "obvious" helps me see what i'm missing.

Never drank coffee in my life. I think it had something to do with watching Curly drinking paint out of a coffee cup that turned me away from it!

You go grasshoppa!

Keep at it Jack, you're doing just fine! From reading your posts on the forum, it is clear that you have a hunger to learn...THAT above all else (desire) is the one motivating factor that you cannot extrapolate from books, buy or fake in this whole process. If your heart's true desire is to do this type of work (even if you are just tinkering), and you are persistent, learning from your mistakes, you are sure to be successful! (whatever 'successful' means anyway)
