I have a bunch of boxes on my screen and I would like to change them to have radiused corners from the current square corners . Is there a way to do this without redrawing them all . Thanks Bill

Bill,
If the boxes were made in PartsWorks, just click on the rectangle tool and then select each rectangle (one at a time) and then click the "Radiused External" button and set a radius value. Click "Apply" and you're good to go.
I've been able to do it with most imported rectangles also.

Scott the boxes were all made in Partworks . The method appears to work about 30% of the time . All the boxes in question were made using the offset tool ... Not sure why it works sometimes and not others ..... Bill

use the fillet tool then. I know I can't get that to work most of the time either.

It doesn't work with offset rectangles, only ones made with the rectangle tool. Also, if the radius in too large for the rectangle, nothing will happen.
Next best route for offset rectangles is the fillet tool as Steve mentioned.

Hi Bill,
Offsetting the rectangles / shapes creates new geometry that is no longer the same as an originally drawn rectangle - hence the option to edit the properties such as size and corner radius is not available.
The quickest way to put the required radius on all the corners is to,
Select all the rectangles
Offset = Inwards by the required radius
Delete the original rectangle - they should still be selected
Select all the new rectangles
Offset = Outwards by the required radius
Delete the original rectangles
I hope this makes sense and helps,
Tony
