Botter Needs HELP.... Please.....

I've recently moved my Alph96 to a new location I have a delta VFD and A colombo 5 hp Spindle,every thing seems to be correct but we cannot get our Spindle to Spin ....On the VFD there is a Jog button, when pressed spindle jogs but that's it.....Shopbot is currently working on this also, But if any Body Has Any Suggestions, My Internet service is not currently up and running either so could you please call Me At 978-270-3642 7am - to whenever EST. with any Help ....
