So far experence with PRS is not good

Part wizard does not work so had to re-draw table grid, Proximity switches did not work so had to get patch for those. Re-drew grid in artcam pro and made toolpath, brought it to machine, tool nearly jumped off table because all values went negative, tried to call shopbot and of course it is after hours. Anyone out there think they might can help?
