Do you have a vac table to cut that sheet?

I will be doing small bow grips from small blocks 2 1/2" x 5" x 1/2" ( walnut & dymondwood) I am looking at the bench top model just not sure how it will handle these small blocks. Will not be able to use sheet goods.
I tried to post a picture but not the right size.
Thanks Bob

Bob
I know some one that made some gun grips with a tabletop model and had a small vac box that ran off a shop vac, worked fine.

Bud, I started with the Vac turned on (2 feins) and added a few strategic holddown screws around the edges.
Bob, You might search for vacuum pucks and Gast vacuum etc... on the forum. That should give you some hits.
It looks like the puck method could handle your needs. I'm working on getting my puck system together now to run a few small products that I make currently using tabs to hold them into solid purpleheart blanks.

Bob I run thousands of small parts a year. I use a variety of hold downs from screws to clamps, fixtures, vacuum and fixtures with vacuum. The bot works just fine.
