On the gantry, can the bearings that ride on the gantry rails (in the Y direction) be adjusted to change their height.

When I surface my table, I get ridges about .010

The entire table in the X direction has these ridges which tells me that the spindle is not really virtical off the table nor off the gantry.

This tells me that the relationship between the spindle back plate to the gantry rails is off
-or-
The spindle to the mounting plate.

If the bearings are eccentric, then they could be adjusted.

The machine is a year old and I beleive has always had this issue, it is just showing up much more that I want to cut 3D and require surfacing the material to make sure it is flat.

I am going to dive back into the documentation regarding spindle mount but did not know if anyone else had this problem and what they found. It is certainly not the bit because that would consistenly dig the deepest hole as it moved around the table if it was not true and I am not seeing that problem.

Bob...
You can adjust the spindle in both directions if you need. The 6 bolts that hold the spindle adapter plate allow the spindle to be tilted in the Y direction (for ridges that form when traveling in the X direction) and you can tilt the extrusion in relation to the side plates by loosening the 16 bolts that secure the extrusion to the plates. This adjustment is for ridges that form when traveling in the Y direction.
