I've had a good response from individuals that emailed me offline - that is very encouraging. There is no software online yet, but I have established the forum - so if you want to visit and leave some input, feel free - the URL is:

I looked at boxcutter, I opened it up, could not instantly figure out what the deal was lol so I closed it.. which is what happened the first time I downloaded it and my trial ran out..

I am sure something decent will come along someday

Danny - et al...

Checkout the link to the forum that I posted and start listing out what you all believe is the "right" package features that you need! I've got a good start on the program and want to make sure I'm hitting the key points you guys need to be successful. Please, spare me the the "$20,000 software features for $299..." We need to be realistic... but there's no reason you can't have a program that allows you to input parameters easily and generate CNC code to cut parts...Like Roger says..."We need software to cut cabinet parts!!!"

that's where we're going...

BTW - Patrick Fulghum, author of boxcutter, was THE FIRST volunteer (after the original) to offer input into the system...Thanks Patrick!!!
