Run time error 5

I just ran a file and a little more than half way through the machine stopped. The file was approximately 64,000 lines. At line 48,685 the program was stopped by an error message "Run time error 5". The line was just another X,Y,Z coordinate. When it stopped the coordinates displayed on my screen went back to where I had begun X 12, Y 15, Z .5. However the machine was nowhere near that position. I had to restart SB3 and rezero all three axis.
I have a PRT about 1 year old with a 4g board. I was running at 2.0 ips. I have SB 3.4.30
What causes this runtime error?

If I where you I would go back to ver 3.4.26 Read here http://www.shopbottools.com/controlsoftware.htm
Ver .30 had a couple of bugs in it .
