Steve

Are you refering to manuel moves or automatic? You can change the move speed on the right side to as low as .05 for continuous very slow movement with the arrow keys. You can also make small moves when in manuel mode by selecting the fixed button just under the right arrow. You can change the disance of movement in a window when selected.

hit the K key to bring up keypad. Just below the arrow keys is a small square grey box. Click that and a small dialog box opens and lets you set the "bump" movement as little as .001 or less allowing you to make very small movents to make it precisely where you want it. Its too cold to go running ot the shop to look exactly but i think thats it.

And that would be under the "VD" command (for Value Display), labeled "KeyPad Fixed Distance".

I have mine set to 0.05" so I can count the number of "bumps" and know how far I've traveled as I use it.
