3-D Graphic Help Needed

Our shop operates a shop-bot for 2-D part cutting for exhibits. I have a project from a client where we need a 3-D logo done (38" w x 30" H x 1" deep)and I am wondering if anyone knows how to do this? Anyone wish to give me a price to do the job? I have vectored artwork in an eps format to work with.
