A couple of months ago we took on a job for the Red Cross. It needed to be perminent and have a Bronze finish.

We used 18 lb. HDU but if doing it again I would use PVC. It's far superior on this kind of project. No matter what density HDU you use with it won't take the wear of traffic.
I coated this one out with Sculpt Nouveau. I rest easier knowing how tough it is.
