Tool Data Base

I would like to fill in my tool data base in the comfort of my home (it is 100 degrees in my garage right now). I have both ArtCam Pro and PartWizard. If I change one, will the other program's tool data base change automatically? Is the file the one called tool_database in the EXEC folder? I would like to then put the tool data base on the machine's computer. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Both "should" be compatible. From PW to ACP, I can't be sure so I suggest to keep a backup copy handy until you're sure.

Unless you have some sort of synchronization software, you'll need to synchronize manually using the most recent one. Maybe with a thumb key (USB drive).

PW and ACP don't use the same file from the same folder; they do are named alike but they don't share the same tool database. Unfortunately (but not surprisingly) you cannot change the tool database folder path; it's hard coded.
