Error message

I can load a file in shopbot but when I try to run it I get the error message "runtime error 58, file already exists". This happens even with files I've run before.

Bill, I get the same error message. For me it is in preview mode only. When I run in cut mode if works just fine. I am running Vista, with the latest control from download. I know this does not help you just now but maybe the folks at Shopbot can find the problem.

Run time error 58 'File already exists'
When run in Preview mode.

I talked to the tech support.

I was told to delete 'preview.wrl' file found in C:\Program Files\ShopBot\ShopBot 3\Media

That fixed my problem. I need to do this after upgrades.
Contact tech control, they are very efficent and quick to respond.
