Thermofoil doors from my supplier have gone from $4.00 per sq. foot to $6.25 per sq. foot over the last 2 years.
In order to compete this is the alternative.
The property doesn't care if it is RTF or painted as long as the paint doesn't scratch easily an is easily cleaned.
I believe I have both here.
I will know tomorrow when they should be dry.
