My wife does all my programming for me. Here is something that she did up for me in 20 minutes. It says R.B. ALLISON INC. in 24 inch tall letters believe it or not. I didn't think we were going to be able to get all the letters on one 4x8 sheet of plastic (I didn't want to have to order 2 sheets of material), but she assured me we could. She is that only one I know that can fit 100 pounds of stuff in a 5 pound box. Talk about minimizing waste!!

Sometimes you even need to use mirror images of some letters to fit it all in.

Unless the letters have a rebate around the edge, and have to be cut on the back side! As I almost found to my cost with 7 x 1.5m(5') high, individual letters in plexiglass. Did all the files, had the plexiglass on the table, when something clicked from somewhere,(thank goodness), and a quick reworking of the files was done. The sign is now erected 10m(30') off the ground, and the 1mm(0.04") nicks in 2 places no longer seem to matter!! Even so, my nesting was 30% more efficient than the clients! Anyone want a 2m x 1,5m sheet of Red plexiglass?
