Vcarve 5 upgrade....which post processor do i use

I just upgraded to vcp 5. created a tool path and went to save toolpath. but do not know which post processor to choose.

i have prs standard....do i choose the ShopBot (arcs)(inch)(*.sbp)

That is the one that I use...I run a standard also.

That is the correct post processor unless you have a spindle with the spindle control board.
Then you would use,
Shopbot(arcs)(inch)(w/speed)(*sbp)
