Are there any women Shopbot owners

I ordered my New Benchtop and it should be here 1st of Nov. Just wondering if there are many women shopbot owner and what they are doing with there shotbot.

Yes there are other women botters and you are not alone. You will have loads of fun. We use ours to carve entry doors (and other stuff). So what are you planning on using your new tool for?

Welcome Linda, I'm glad to see you decided to get your bot! There are other women botters out there and probably a good many that don't post to the forums like my wife. She enjoys the bot and does a few things with it but keeps a low profile.

Linda, I don't own one myself, but I work with my dad and we have one. We have 2 other employees. I do all the design and cutting on the shopbot. It's great to be one of the only women in this field. We cut 3d props, monument signs and anything else people have come up with.

If anyone has any ideas that could help me get started. I want to make thing that involve kids and school and sport they are in. Some how using the team logo & their name.

Linda...I teach the Women's Class at the ShopBot Jamboree, and use my ShopBot's to do contract cutting and art. I have some tutorials that I could send you to teach you and the kids how to use the machine.
I can also give you the names of several women who are too busy using their Bots to spend much time on the forum...thank Brady for giving me a head's up on your post.
