I would like to use the bot for making some foam concrete forms that i will use to form an ogee-like bullbnose edge on some concrete steps that I am about to form and pour.
I would like to use 2inch eps so i can bend it as the steps are slightly on a radius.
I dont have a clue how to "extrude" and toolpath a negative bullnose like this.
Thanks in advance.

what software are you using? And you are just trying to round over the edge of the step? Do you want to cast the whole slab of the step or just make a form to round over the edge?
John,
I believe this is a standard function called a Two Rail Sweep in ArtCam Pro.

I mostly have and use Vcarve Pro but we have a neighbor business with Artcam Pro now, so I do have access to that software also. They do not know how to use it for this purpose though.
My plan is to just mill a bull nose foam piece that can be used for the edge of a cast-in-place concrete edge form.
I kinda have what I need from just toolpathing along straight paths in Vcarve Pro with a big roundover bit. The preview kinda looks like what I want, so I will try that.
I did think there was some way that folks were "extruding" a trim profile along a radius, etc. Maybe that was 3d and if so, I may be better off where I am with Vcarve Pro anyhow.

Try looking at:
C:\Program Files\ShopBot\Virtual Tools\Extruder
to see if that may help you in some way.
John... This type of formwork can be purchased for pennies these days. Look for local cnc foamcutters or concrete companies. You can order flexible bullnose or what ever you need and have it in hours.
Just a heads up
