Need a stair stringer program

Does anyone have a quick and easy program set-up for cutting, through, stringers. Thanks for the help.

Step 1: Draw one stringer in your CAD program of choice. Placement in the drawing should match the placement of your material on the table.

Step 2: Import into VCarve Pro/PartWorks and create Profile toolpath.

Thanks Russ, The blocklayer site is good but still a bit confusing. There are so many considerations. I liked the Excel program someone was trying to sell on that site. Does anyone have an Excel program similar for free.
