New PRS

Hey Everyone. I have a new PRS and received it in late October. While the machine was being built at shopbot they announced the new Partworks software that is now included with every new bot. I bought the full vectric package when I ordered the machine. I think shopbot is going to give me a credit for the vcarve and cut 3d part because it would have been with my machine if had not purchased it when ordering machine.
I have emailed them a few times to confirm the amount of credit and some details with no response as of today. I don't know if my email is lost in the world of spam or ???
Has anyone else ordered the vcarve with their machine in October and did shopbot do anything for you because of partworks. The other thing is that the partworks comes with some tutorials that I would love to try. I think they call them Carve Now.

Hi Glen, from what I heard Shopbot will offer a "store credit" to you if you purchased VCP, & Cut3d within 6 months. Also, Shopbot has a pretty robust spam filter & it has been overly zealous at times. I think they have to "approve" your address to let it through. At least they had to do that with mine. Good luck with our new machine.
