I have a few slow days so now is a good time to install the new air drill and switch to partworks.

Do I install partworks right over partwizard?
How can I use the files from partwizard when needed?

They are two separate programs - you can have both installed and go back and forth between the two. That also means you can't take a file from one and open it in the other, you would have to re-draw or re-import and start over to use the other program.

Once you start using PartWorks you will find yourself using PartWizard less and less.

A side benefit of PartsWorks is that your drill will work right out of the box. They have the correct postP for the PRS drill.
