I did my first inlay today using the Paul Zank technique. I am pleased with the results but would like some feed back. The "S" is 1.25" wide X 2" tall. You will notice some rip out on the tips of the letter. Can anyone recommend how to remedy this? The walnut I used may be over a hundred years old.I used the recommended speeds,stepover etc. The bit is a 1" 60 degree
